You can try the traditional pin the face on the Jack-o-lantern. This time the game will be played by teams in three. This could be a mom, dad, and kid. On an orange poster board draw a large pumpkin and place this securely on the wall. Using a black construction paper draw several mouths and eyes then cut this out separately. Hand each member of each team one part of jack-o-lantern’s face with a sticky tack on the back. While blindfolded, every member should stick one piece of the face unto the large pumpkin drawn on the orange poster where he or she thinks is appropriate. The winning team should be the family who placed jack-o-lantern’s face more accurately on the pumpkin.

Family Costume Contest with a Twist

Next, you can organize a Halloween costume contest which only the adults can participate. This is always a hit during Halloween parties. You can split the contest into different categories like scariest costume, best funny costume, best character costume, best couple costume, best superhero costume, best monster costume, most artistic costume, and more.
