This video tutorial shows the step by step process of creating a Roman goddess headpiece out of a simple one dollar floral bouquet, gold craft wire, and spray paint. For the dress, a large white piece of fabric or a plain white sheet are used along with safety pins to create a lovely toga. This is great costume that requires little time, money, or effort, so it can be made in a hurry and still looks great.
